Wall Mounted Jib Crane Introduction

The wall mounted jib crane can be a tie-rod jib crane, which has a tie-rod mounted to the structure of your building, without taking any of your square feet of your plant. The wall mounted jib crane is the most economical crane for material handling. The lifting capacity of the wall mounted jib crane is 0.25 to 5 ton and the working class is A3.

Wall-mounted Cantilever Jib Crane
It offers the greatest amount of clearance, above and below the boom, and have a full-cantilever design.
Tie-Rod Supported Wall Bracket Jib Crane
This is the most economical means of providing hoist coverage along walls or building columns. A wall bracket and single tie-rod supports the boom to allow the hoist full travel along the length of the beam.
Wall-mounted Articulating Jib Crane
This type jib crane offers 360-degree rotation for outer arm and 180-degree rotation for inner arm, perfect for individual workstations where each worker needs complete access to one jib crane, outstanding headroom permits installation in tight locations and crowded shops. It provides a clear work area with no floor obstructions and requires minimal overhead clearance for installation.

Features

Wall-mounted and ceiling-mounted jib cranes do not require a foundation or floor space, but instead mount to the building’s existing support beams. This mounting style provides excellent clearance above and below the boom, and these jib cranes can swing out of the way of overhead cranes.

Wall-Mounted Jib Crane, also named Wall Bracket Jib Crane, they can be used in individual bays, along structurally adequate walls or building support columns, or as a supplement to an existing monorail or overhead bridge crane. The main advantage of using a wall-mounted jib crane system is the space-savings that it offers. They don’t require any type of floor or foundation support, and they can also be installed very close to the underside of the lowest ceiling obstruction, providing maximum clearance both under and above the boom.

These systems can be designed to swing around obstacles, under obstructions, or fold out of the way of overhead cranes to ensure no interruption of production.
